At the risk of “editorializing” the article below – I think it’s fair to really look at the question it poses about quality management in the Canadian Healthcare System. Are we really doing everything we can to adjust and adapt our system to changing needs, or do we adjust just enough to “manage the crisis”? Excellent article – and possibly a great topic for a live CCHL Panel debate when we can again do live events.

But while it’s true that nobody plans ahead for 100 years, how about planning for one, two or 10 years? Or even one week or month in advance?
